    What might the honorable members of NBR think of this deal? (on a budget, looking for safe reliable transportation, not flash)

    $13,000 OTR Canadian sound fair? It's a friends friends car, he used it mainly for highway commute. My friend has seen it in person and its in pretty good shape, no dings, but there are scratches and chips on the front bumper and hood, from stones on the highway.

    Yeah, a sub forum would be much better than trying to compress them all into one thread. The 97 monty is a bad deal IMO, for that old it should be cheaper.
