    Alienware just told me by chat my order was delayed by 1 day. It was supposed to be shipped by today and it's not. I hardly believe it'll be shipped out tomorrow. They're claiming it could have been transportation delay. What should I do?

    I've seen some people get dicked around by them and I have to take off of work to sign so it's pretty annoying. I'm completely fine with it being delayed a day, but if that's not true and I take another day off. It's gonna be an inconvenience

    Alright today I need to get this thing coldddddddd

    I'll do more testing today and take note but I remember seeing 189W at one point.

    Yup Dell stock paste.

    I'm going to do some undervolting. Dell stock voltage is hella high

    Looks like the goal is 2034 @ 4.7Ghz

    Ummm with all these posts I have no idea what your previous post was

    Please let me know how it work so that i can look into, the reason is that if you do a clean install to new driver or same drive. So the dell drivers does not work for some reason the nvidia control panel is missing as well as the intel graphics says there is not display connected to intel graphics

    You can download the recovery image that came with your laptop using the service tag of your machine:

    Dell USB Recovery Tool 2.2.4058.0

    Download = https://downloads.dell.com/FOLDER05313795M/1/Dell-USB-Recovery-Tool_9KVTR_WIN_2.2.4058.0_A00.EXE

    Before you run the file, make sure it is NOT blocked by seeing the instructions in this guide: "Are you sure you want to run this file?" [Yes or No]

    Use the Dell OS Recovery Tool to create a USB recovery drive that you can use to reinstall the version of Windows or Linux that came with your PC...

    You will need the Service Tag of your DELL Computer to download the appropriate image for your machine.

    How it works:

    1. Download and install the Dell OS Recovery Tool.
    2. Launch the Dell OS Recovery Tool and enter the Service Tag of the PC that needs its operating system reinstalled.
    3. Select the operating system image you'd like to install, and the OS Recovery Tool will build your bootable USB recovery drive.
    4. Install the operating system using the newly created USB recovery drive. This will remove all data and software from your PC's hard drive and restore the factory-installed operating system.

    @ssj92

    In your signature, you mention that your CPU is: Intel Core i10 10990K

    Is that a typo or what?

    Does that tool download a clean Windows installation where you have to install the drivers yourself from scratch or does it already have the drivers for your machine with the service tag preinstalled?

    how is the image downloaded with that tool different than the standard Windows image from the Media Creation Tool? does it have any OEM info and whatnot pertaining to your laptop like the Alienware wallpapers and/or logos?
