I like custom builds, before a bought my first laptop gamer, because a need mobility, i use to have a full watercooler in my desktop... In my area 51m i already repast, repad and did a good undervoltage (cpu and gpu).... But i dont have corage to install this, because it would lose mobility... and the kit is expensive :(...

Oh yeah that's my post from the Dell Community Forum/Cares (area 51m 2080 gpu). There's a follow up post I made about buying the 2070 Upgrade Kit, that I was guaranteed by the Sales Rep would have the GPU, Thermal Shield/Radiator, and power adapter. That didn't happen. I received a GPU, thermal paste, and some screws (which I didn't need). I returned that too.

My machine is dead. I was just browsing on battery and it suddenly turned itself off. I tried turning it on back but no luck. It's just 1 n half years old and I barely used it.
I'm lucky that ive purchase extended warranty, it's been a month since I raised a service request and dell had performed 3 services till now, 1st they changed motherboard it didn't work then in the second service they changed both motherboard and dc cables, it didn't work and the third service was performed today; they replaced motherboard, dc cables and the power button but it still didn't turned on. So they just forwarded the case to their superior department. Ive asked them a replacement. It's just freaking annoying.

    Specs: I7 9700K, RTX 2070.

Don't worry. It happened to me many times. You will get a new machine with better specs.
One thing Dell is good is their warranty.
Edit: Advise: If they refuse the exchange: Ask (politely always) for your case to be escalated. You should have qualified after the second MB replacement for a new system.

But what might be the reason behind this sudden death?? I'm thinking to deny any further repair on my machine. I'll strongly stick with replacement.
