Have you tried using Throttlestop or XTU to undervolt the CPU?

Give this a shot, different CPU but same method can be used for yours. @B0B is to credit for this -

I pimped cooling by adding an additional flat heat pipe to balance out both fans better as I saw in gaming always a hotter air exhaust at the gpu side. Now it's more evenly distributed on both heatsinks, meaning in gaming sessions the CPU heatsink and fan are supporting the gpu better, more similar to the original design of the prototype shown at CES.
Second picture showes Control maxed out eveythyng at 1080p, temps are excellent with a mild cpu undervolt of 120mV and 2080 overclocked. Gpu stays at around 2 GHz. Not bad for a notebook.

Interesting! How much of a difference did it make, any before temps recorded for the same game? Curious as to whether or not that might void warranty if your stripping the heat sink down (compared to just swapping parts), you never know. Also curious to see if just slapping one on without stripping the copper would help as well.

    Full Desktop RTX 2080 Ti - 11GB GDDR6 / Cuda Cores: 4352 / Tensor Cores: 544 / TDP: 250W / Bandwidth: 616.0 GB/s
    Laptop Quadro RTX 6000 - 24GB GDDR6 / Cuda Cores: 4608 / Tensor Cores: 576 / TDP: 250W / Bandwidth: 672.0 GB/s

Yes, hope we will see NVidia's next gen Full Desktop Ti in laptops. Looks like more companies are looking to use the Titanium Vapor Chamber to cool High-End Laptops.

Hard to say, maybe 10C better temps all in all but besides the heatpipemod I also considerably increased the mounting pressure of the heatsink by removing the original screws. Btw I´m using LM on gpu, cpu die and ihs. the black paint of the original heatpipes should be removed for better heat transfer.
