    This!

Funny still, my magician shows the samsung driver is being used by my two 970 plus'. So it should display it, like windows as well.

Does anyone know, if gsync has to be enabled on both the panel as well as the motherboard or if you currently have a gsync enabled motherboard (m51) will slotting in 1 of the panels auo, LG and chi m that comes with this model be sufficient an gsync work - basically I have the m51 but want to swap the current panel for the chi meu eye safe panel from a non gsync machine

@Papusan @Ultra Male That awkward moment when HP puts a better rtx 2080 vrm design into a bga system which is actively cooled via heatpipes :D:D:D

Dell should take notice for the aw 51m r2 so users don’t have to have a fire extinguisher next to their laptops :D

Oh BTW, if you don’t see the difference the alienware has a set of 6 mosfets in a 5+1 ratio, 5 being for the core and 1 for the vram. MEANWHILE, the hp has a set of 8 mosfets in a 6+2 ratio, 6 being for the core (thank you hp) and 2 being for the vram.

Both use the same ncp303150 mosfets, but you already know which one will be the surviver under heavy loads, hell I could run the 200W tdp on this beast of an omen instead of the measly 160w. Temps only get to a max of 75c with thermal paste! ;)

Conclusion: dell hire some hp employees, so you don’t keep embarrassing yourselves :D

Dell used to be better in this regard, seems HP have learned hard lessons from their past. Hopefully Dell improve things with the next gen of DGFF (if they even stick with the format).

Ever since the last bios update, my undervolt resets after reboot. (Intel XTU)
Anyone knows why, or someone else who has this?

Oh yeah... the hybrid drive only gets faster after a few reboots... it’s a slow drive overall by today’s standards, but gets fairly snappy with whatever you use from it frequently, as it will cache it on the flash storage.

You’re on the right track! Let me know how you’re doing and I can try to help throughout if you hit any snags.
