How do I get the powershare port to work in sleep mode? I have it enabled in the BIOS, but when I put the computer to sleep, my mouse stops charging.

no, i mean when it arrives to you, are both sticks set right beneath the keyboard or next to the HDD cos if they're beneath the keyboard it would make adding extra sticks easier.

If you only have two sticks of RAM, they won't be under the keyboard.

This has been answered many times before. :p

fair enough, will just have to move them to the slots underneath the keyboard.

The memory changes a lot with Alienware. Sometimes they sell 16GB (2 x 8GB) and sometimes 16GB (4 x 4GB). I am assuming this is based on whatever is available at the time of production. Systems with two sticks do not have the memory installed beneath the keyboard. If it's easier for you, it's easier for manufacturing. They want to shoot them out of the factory ASAP. ;)

I tried downloading it too (A09 Bios) and was unable. On the brighter side, I spent the past 15 hours getting everything set up, transplanted, burned in, and ran a butt load of benchmarks, and this beast is golden, everything at stock clocks and just killin anything I throw at it. Very stoked!
