Do you receive any error messages when trying to log in?

Buddy brought over his laptop for me to look at. He just purchased it from the outlet and I noticed the wrong specs listed on the bottom tag (Shows 4700qm and 765m) but he has a 4800qm and GTX780m installed. Also I noticed random pixels on his screen, is this normal with the 3d display or is it a bad screen/gpu?

Wrong specs on the plate is normal, shouldn't happen but sometimes they come like that. Sorry about the inconvenience. At least the specs are fine. About the random pixels... Do they appear on an external screen as well?

Just tested and it looks to be a fault screen or cable.

I'm curious as to how long it took AMD for them to support the 7970M and the 8970M into their official mobility driver set?

    Ty for responding.

The Battle.net for example gives me this error code: BLZBNTBGS80000021. Which basically states that I have no proper connection or the servers are down. However I am typing this here at the same time. Additionally I checked the server status with friends/ on the internet.

Aside from that no error message whatsoever from windows.
