I dont have my 13 R3 in front of me right now but does it look like it has more fin density as well compared to the original heatsink?

    Thanks in advance!

I´ve compared it with a picture of the old heatsink (didn´t want to disassembly my alien), it seems the number of fins are even.

Nearly the same. The difference, and it´s not taken lighty is the new fan for the gpu with 7.4 cfm = 5.1 cfm before.

The fan is denser. Maybe 20%-30% (estimate).

Remember guys. Even though it's the fan closer to the gpu, it does not in fact cool the gpu more. It directly affects the cpu.

I was at a friends house playing ashen and fortnite, maxed out 1080p, 4 hours. And neither gpu or cpu hit 70c. Max fan speed 3600rpm, 4100rpm. Didn't record results as environment is different. (Really liking ashen)

I will be posting my 2 hour comparison later for the before and after. Not sure why I went with 2 hours. Hard to fit a 2 hour gap in!
