    Hey guys,

does anyone know or tried the following: does the heatsink of the gtx1080 fits in the a13 r3 with the gtx 1060?

As far as i know for the a17 r4 with 1070 gtx, the heatsink from the 1080 gtx fits.

The US site has like a 15-22% sale depending on config. Also the $50 off always works

I have had a litany of problems with my 13r3 lately. It was BSODing left and right due to incompatibility between the latest nvidia drivers and HWINFO. I resolved this issue, and in he process did a clean install of windows. After doing this, I started getting unrelated BSODs until I wiped my OS drive and loaded windows onto my other SSD. Does anyone know of any good utilities to check the Toshiba SSD that came with the laptop? It passes the Support Assist tests with no issues. Lastly, without an undervolt, my #1 core has been hitting high 90s upon initial startup. I’m now running -100mV, but it still hits 90 under heavy loads. What sort of temps does it require for Dell to warrant a repair?

The newest Windows build has problems with a number of storage units including some Intel and also Toshiba SSDs. It could be due to this.

    So I did it.
Bought an AW13 R3 with 16GB RAM 2666Mhz, 512GB SSD, GTX1060 and the hailed OLED.
According to the (super confusing!) invoice they're even including a Vindicator backpack and Elite Mouse, whaddayaknow.
€1737,- after tax, not bad I'd say :3
Now to play the waiting game I'M SO EXCITED *explodes*

Thanks to everyone who nudged me in the right direction!

Once you get it, please let us know if your 2666Mhz memory is actually running at that speed. Mine worked until Dell replaced my board and now it only runs at 2400. Not sure if it was due to the board or the new BIOS that was preinstalled.

Yrs, I was wondering the same!
Ad I posted before, with just 5mins of games my temps went hi (about 90).
Dell assistance said that temperatures of 98 and 99 are ok...do you agree?

What could be do the damage if I play with temp around 90?
