I tested my 8700K with HT disabled and locked clock to 4,4Ghz to compare to 9600K leaked benchmark.

Sorry about that, I thought pasteboard resizes to 1080p.

I'm going to stay with the 8700k because in all fairness it has hyperthreading and is less heat dense too. If the cpu socket was situated closer to fans I may have upgraded because there would be short heat transfer between the heatpipes. I believe it makes a difference. On idle a 8600k in my clevo stays around 30c. However in my tornado f5 it's at 40c or higher!

I really wish eurocom had taken the fans and heatsink from a p870dmg and modded it in somehow (I know 5v fans won't work) because the cooling system of the clevo is miles better than what eurocom has to offer.

9600K stock is 4.3GHz on all cores.

Edit: You're talking about max turbo across all cores, nevermind.

This happened on my P870dm-g, please cover the two pins on your socket if you want to keep your laptops pins safe from eradication!

Good thing I didn't rush my build.

Well I since had the pads covered on those pin contact points, I'm hoping it won't damage the MOBO.

I need to make the final leap which is BIOS flashing, I have the Prema Bios which I hope that I can do it without issues, wish me luck....now where is that 64GB flash drive.....

    Got some bad news:

The clevo remains on a black screen with the i9 when powered on.

Nothing changes it from displaying a black screen, changed the ram took out the ssd etc even changed the GPU! A bios mod is needed.

So the i9 does NOT work in the p870dmg at the moment but what I talk about later may mean that it is possible for it to work.

I thought that if the i9 doesn't work in the clevo surely it doesn't work in the tornado f5, WRONG!

The msi logo lit up instantly! But the laptop freezes on the logo and doesn't do anything else, tried changing the ram taking out the ssd tried removing the pin mod. Still the same issue...

    Conclusion:

The i9 will work with some bios tweaks because if it is displaying on my tornado f5 there is no reason it shouldn't display and work on both my clevo and eurocom laptops.

I do not have the i9 anymore, it is in my friend's system so that was that. Also this processor gets very hot very very quickly I don't think oem heatsinks in both these laptops will cool this beast once it gets working

DM/DM2/DM3/KM/KP/KL series should have 9900K compatibility, and other series may not work with 9900k, but work with 9600K/9700K. I will try fix that soon.
