I tested this driver for both normal performance but also testing the new sharpening filter that's included as part of this new driver under "Manage 3D Settings" in the NVidia Control Panel. Regular performance in 3DMark/TimeSpy are the same as the previous driver, and BF1 seems the same.

Testing the new sharpening filter, it seems to consume anything from 0.5-2% GPU performance with everything else setting wise being equal. I tested in 3DMark and Timespy. I'm quite impressed with the sharpening filter, and I think it could be useful for those who want to run below their native monitor resolution as it removes the blur from the upscaling. Testing in 3DMark I ran 720p upscaled with sharpening filter, and an added x4 MSAA and it looked not that far off the native 1080p setting but ran with 30% increased performance - I had to add MSAA x4 to get rid of the jaggies from the upscaling of the lower resolution. This new sharpening filter is not a bad thing, could be useful for those that just like a sharper image, but also useful for people running below their monitors native resolution.

Anyone curious on what happened to @j95 ? I've been spoiled by his modded drivers that I'm missing them.
