    Thanks for the reply. But I think that what you are talking about could be reason for eventually score differences from GPU, because of the immaturity of OS and AMD drivers, and not from the CPU (which physics score represent), am I right?

    Microsoft messed up CPU handling at the kernel level after 7. Nobody really knows what they did or how they did it but it 7 almost always beats 8.1 and 10 when it comes to CPU speed with 8.1 being slightly slower than 10 but 7 being noticeably faster than both. Microsoft changed something in the NT kernel and hasn't bothered to fix it.
