I have been very careful in downloading files and mostly only download things only from the trusted and official sites but I still think that there are some unexpected software silently installed in my computer. That could be mostly adware or something that tracks my behavior of web browsing.

Especially when I look at the programs installed in control panel it looks like there are just too many software that i don't even know what they are. They were not installed with my acknowledgement or will. However, I don't know if I can delete or uninstall them directly, I don't know if they will affect other normal operations.

OK Now, what should I do to get rid of all possible unwelcome software silently installed on my computer?

What O/S are you using first that would help others to point you in the right direction. But if Windows you must first boot and use the F8 function key to force it during the bootup to get the "Safe Mode" option and then pick "safe mode with networking". This will force only Windows load and you can then go to the Control Panel and force uninstall malware. If this doesn't work then you need to be in Safe Mode w/networking and search online for the malware name and someone most likely has instructions on how to stop it from running and how to uninstall it. These are your options don't "DON'T" boot into regular Windows if you want to get rid of these malware installs.
