I got it from @woodzstack. He said it's a EUROCOM card, but it's the Black MSI 1060N. I know they've had issues with the Gecube 1060N in the past. Will this be a problem? I was told that the card was tested to work before it was shipped to me as well.

Eurocom probably borked it with their vBios, wouldn't exacly be anything new at this point.

Might need to send it back for testing/reflashing.

Makes sense .Everything that I've been reading seems to suggest that this card should be easily plug and play with an updated BIOS/EC and modified .inf file.

It should at least safe mode boot.

I've tried many times spamming F8 and Shift+F8 when booting up in UEFI and Legacy boot mode, but have had no luck with triggering Safe Mode.

I figured. You think that definitely means that the vbios on the card is incorrect then? Or could it be something else as well?

Could be the card itself has issues as well.

I've never had a 1060N have an issue to date, in all honesty, but who is to say there is not a first.
