I know you are joking, but...
For some Vaio models, you needed the infamous Sony "bamboo tool" for opening them. After removing the screws, you had to depress latches that were quite far in, and only reachable by something really thin - even a thin screwdriver would not work unless you were willing to cause visible damage.

    So this begs the question...

It you could have the Z13 or the Z2, new, at the same price, both with GPU and BluRay, what would you gome home with?

I have been using a SA the last few days and am not fond of its design. It just does not feel as "Premium" as the Z13. The deck on the new Z seems to be a shrunken down SA. If this is the case, its a downgrade for me.

Also, the keyboard on the SA flexes like in the video of the new Z. I has to be pushed with medium pressure to make it flex, but it can happen. The left side of the keyboard has WAY more flex than the right.

I'd take the Z2. SA and Z2 have nothing in common. One is built of extremely high quality and custom built materials in Japan. The other is common parts built in China.

jesus christ, i can't believe how thin it is. I'm just having trouble grasping the fact that its as thin as a MBA(albeit, not as small).

The only thing I am worried about is the bottom fans. That is really asking for trouble. What happens when you want to sit it down on the couch while your working or watching movies? Wouldint it suffocate the machine?
