Also true. There are very few advantages to 4K in laptops right now to make up for these disadvantages right now.

Would anyone recommend this computer over the N850hp6?

Kinda want a 1070 gtx but I'm a sucker for thin designs. My main worry with these thin designs is the heat. I currently own a 4 year old macbook pro retina but I kinda want to have a pc again with power. I owned a few dells before my macbook but they didn't survive longer than 1,5 years.

Also, the Aero 15 looks extremly nice but hardly available where I live :)

The 1070 Max-Q version won't be a big upgrade over the 1060 in performance, but the P950HP has a nice design overall. It's up to you/your budget whether the slight boost in GPU capability is worth another $500, give or take.

If you're worried more about form factor than performance it's a good upgrade.

Well the same design with a 1060 costs $200 so it's if that boost is worth that to you.

See I also looked at the Aero 15 but wasn't sold on it with the cost once I upgraded it to where I wanted it. I also was interested in getting a macbook pro but I do some gaming in WoW, Diablo and GW2... I hear they aren't great for performance with games over a traditional pc especially with the price tag.

I'm really dying to get a thin laptop with a remotely decent battery life, 120Hz that I can game with (and has to be aesthetically appealing... that's where the Asus Rog loses me). So I may have to wait a little longer and see what Sager comes out with next.

Once the 2.5" bay gets dumped hopefully we get larger batteries in this size class.

a p640hk1 without hdd and a battery bigger than that 45 Wh Lithium-Ion, 3 cells could be awesome IMO

The 2.5" drive is a requirement for quite a lot of companies which use Clevo chassis, otherwise they could be banished from some chassis and then with extended batteries - this is actually something we have been discussing for some time already.

your p641hk1 could have a bigger battery life without hdd. customers ask big batteries for this kind of laptops. do you think that a battery upgrade for existing p640 could be possible?

p950hp6 is a very good laptop (for what I heard) but that battery is not enough. it could easily win against dell xps/zenbook/aero with another battery form factor
