I know we're mostly function over form people, but that is a really sharp looking mouse.

The issue with Corsair mice is shape more than anything (and secondarily the weight). Anatomically speaking, most people have hands twice as long as they are wide (fingers not spread). Corsair mice don't adhere to this 2:1 ratio, so they're not a safe shape. A "safe" shape is one which does not force the user to hold the mouse a certain way and works for multiple grip styles and/or hand sizes.

That seems correct for the M65 but the others I've used seemed pretty normally proportioned.

Speaking of mouse, can someone recommend a good amphidextrous one?

The word you're looking for is "ambidextrous." In any case, the Zowie FK or ZA series is good. If you want something you can customize with software, then either the Logitech G903 or Razer Lancehead.

Fun fact, "amphi" is the greek version of old latin "ambi". Full of useless knowledge I am.

Heyo! I was wondering if the Corsair Scimitar is comfortable enough for someone like me who has a 9 cm wide hand?

I'm currently eyeing it after doing some research seeing as I'm more of a MOBA/MMO type of guy (I'd really like to get the Razer Naga Hex V2, but every seems to hate Razer's build quality so might as well avoid it). I'd appreciate hearing some first-hand experiences from someone who has personally used the Scimitar. :D
