I bought mine when it first came out, I looked but could find the graphs posted so I just pulled it out and checked. Here is a current shot of GPUz and a BF1 session graph from way back. I set my games with a FPS cap to avoid input lag. I also turn down the settings for stable play.

    Thank you very much,

So you been using your GT73VR since August with original vbios without any problems when gaming right?

You always play with overclock at 1911mhz ?

I think it was September and I have a profile on DGC with a 4.1 CPU and =100/+150 GPU OC that works amazingly well.

You're welcome, I really happy with this laptop, I have several hundred hours playing on it and it's been a beast.

I like mine as well, but im tired and sad because of my reboot/crash problem, while playing games.
MSI fixed the issue with vbios 1443mhz, not a real solution.

Theres feedback of people, trying 2 or more new laptops, all with same problem.
And people who tried a new laptop, and it worked fine.

    It's a lottery.

.. If the laptop is still in warranty, and it is crashing with continuous gaming or otherwise number crunching of all cores, you should return it.

The problem is fixed no more crashes, but the gpu is limited in power among other things with the vbios msi installed on my laptop.

    @DukeCLR

    Hey man, how are you?

Please tell me your laptop serial number,

And please, with default cpu and gpu clocks, no OC or shift mode on:

    - Run 3D Mark Ice Storm 5 times, and tell me if it runs ok

    - Play this games more then one hour:
    - Wolfenstein Old Blood and New Order or other low-level stress game with max settings

Do this when you have free time, no rush, i can wait.

    Thank you very much!

From what I've been reading, the mobile versions of the 10 series GPU's aren't exactly the same as the desktop but they are WAY closer than in previous generations

However, the 1070 that they'll use in the GS73 will most likely be paired down even further
