Any views of if I can swap the HDD for a SSD drive and configure in RAID0? HDD size isn't important to me as long as its around 256GB as I have a home server system but would love to get the better speed.

Anyone seen any reviews which consider the battery life?

You can fit 2 msata drives in raid 0 as well as one (2 with odd) conventional disks.

Artur Hofmann Can i change the simple things like the RAM and the HDD without warranty lost?

GIGABYTE NB Ram - Yes. HDD - you need to send it to the service center.

This quote from their FB page has me worried about changing the HDD's. I had the same idea of adding my own msata drives to Raid.

    Hey guys,
Pricing looks to be $1400-$1600 for the p35k and p34g in the US (according to GB's facebook page). And they said that you can change the HDD and msata's but there is a "risk" of voided warranty.
Probably just need to put back the old hardware if anything.

Hi Gigabyte NB. Understand that the P35K's RRP is USD1299 but how about for the P34G? Thanks.

GIGABYTE NB Hey Alwin - depends on the config. but looks like it could be between $1399 - $1599 for the P34G/ P35K.

If P35K starts at 1399 then it is a lot cheaper then what is shown on the preorder websites.
