    For anyone wondering,
the new 17" Sager Displays with 120hz refresh have beautiful, clear colors.

When i calibrated my display the factory color gamut was the closest match to a post calibrated laptop display ive seen. Very good color gamut out of the box.

Most noticeable however is the crisp, clean, clear colors especially with graphics and fast moving gaming.

Laptops and displays, especially the 17" models are heavy, but its worth it do to screen quality.

Dont hesitate on getting one of the 120hz screens. Gsync isnt needed. As graphics seem to mesh well and tight with these new 120hz displays.

Interesting, what games did you try and what kind of fps did you get to keep it smooth? I'm researching laptps now and the screen/gaming performance is top of my list.

And most importantly, which reseller offered you this 120hz display option? I know some, but none have them in stock yet?

    with Nvidia 1070 @ 1080p

ive played Planetside 2 - frames smooth and crystal clear action. unknown fps

World of Warcraft - Ultra 60-120
    steady fps

    Guild Wars 2 - 120fps

Ashes of Singularity - Gorgeous Crystal clear Action & Colors. unknown fps.

Compared to 970m + 1080p Gsync. No contest! The 120hz screens blow the prior 60hz gsync away with better colors, faster clearer motion graphics, and much better color gamut.

thats what i wanted to hear, just curious you play some pretty fast paced games too like Quake Live or Overwatch, cause i want to actually get almost the same config, i just want to be sure the display has about 5ms response time :D

i purchased my laptop directly through Sager soon as they were released.

it makes sense all the 120hz screens are now sold out. Once you view one compared to any other prior laptop tech, youll see why..

On additional note: the 120hz AUO panels have a beautiful deeper black level. Similar to OLED black levels for televisions. The Colors are Truly Clear & Impressive
