I did create a Custom Win 10 with some UWP apps, tweaks, VC++ and Dx runtimes integrated.

See the end of this message for details on invoking
just-in-time (JIT) debugging instead of this dialog box.

You must wait until new AW CC is compiled for Spring update.

I was able to figure out that it had to do something with the MSI System Control Manager (scm) I deleted both and re installed them and the issue seems to be fixed for now.

I am just aboiut to bleed through lack of sleep. Followed @Phoenix guide here to get 1803 going. Had a fair bit of trouble:

Lost count of the times I reinstalled from the image. Two days straight until 4am.
I'm not sure what in the tweaks was breaking my Windows store but it happened on my 17xx build as well.
Followed the guide through to the point where macrium is used to create an Image.....
As soon as I put the machine online, utter carnage. Store and some apps = forked, wouldnt update, everything stuck at pending.
Tried all documented forms of recovery, from PS scripts to get/reinstall store. Nope.
    Tried Local/MS account.
Also tried creating new account - that opened a world of pain.
The only way I could get stuff working was to do a full fat install and I am now gradually going back through the tweaks and lockdowns making copious use of restore points.

I dont know how else to diagnose this. Thoughts?

PS Everything store related is working fine ... For Now. Including Nahimic 3.

I wouldn't bother with Windows Restore points, just the full image restore points. This is why I have my Win10 (that's finally setup correctly) to avoid any sort of updates at this point. I am terrified of the day my Windows takes a forced update and royally screws me over. On that note today is a good day to make a full image backup of my system. Lol
