    No. Where is the file located? Who is the owner under permissions?

    That looks a bit like UAC -> But this behavior can also be caused by a virus of sorts.

    My windows install does not show folders like that and never did, so I am quite unsure how you got to that point. What windows version are you running?

    Sorry I think we had a misunderstanding, I have no problem or virus in my computer I'm just curious. That pic is showing the added function in the context menu for easy 1click of taking ownership of any folder and files based on the instruction on the link. No need for going to (properties, security, advance, change etc.) to change the ownership of a file or folder.

    I was going to make a new Clean Install Guide and update the OP but then I thought it's better for me to wait till the release of Redstone 4 since radical changes will happen once again.

    For starters there are new options to setup and cortana is becoming intelligent too.
    I used NTLite to get rid off most telemetry and other things I don't use.
    Grab the insider version of ISO from MSFT and try it in a VM, it is really good. I dare say its better than public release.
