figured this was the best place to ask without having to start a new thread. I need to use onenote and it's not available on the mac version. I was wondering if it it will have the rMBP's high def support in bootcamp or parallel?

and to keep it related, I just bought a MBA, but was mulling over returning it for the 15in pro

    Here's my current fleet:

MacBook Pro 15 (Late 2011): Core i7 2.2Ghz, 2x4GB DDR3 1600 Mhz RAM (Yes! It works at full 1600Mhz :-D), 500GB 7500RPM HDD, ATI Mobility Radeon 6750M with 512MB Memory, Apple Care, iWork '09, MAC Office 2011, iLife '11, OmmWriter, Aperture

    iPad 2 : White, 16GB, WiFi+Cellular

    iPod Classic : Black, 160GB

    Apple Magic Mouse

    Apple Wireless Keyboard

    iPhone 5: White, 64 GB

Extremely satisfied with the performance of each member of the fleet! Smooth, minimalistic and everything 'just works'. :)

Alright! So the 1600 MHZ RAM works on the 2011 MBPs? That's great! I had heard all kinds of things ranging from 'they will get rejected' to 'they will simply run at 1333MHZ'! Thanks for the update!

Add me to the list. Always been both PC and Mac user and proud to own two most amazing laptops, one of which is my beloved MacBook Air 2012
