Under-volting your CPU will drop its temperature massively while gaming like never before, but please do it PROPERLY!!!

For i7-7820HK + GTX 1080 users, I recommend setting the voltage offset value to 150 via this program (for me 150 is the sweet spot, but for you guys it would be better to test it out anyway, thanks to @MogRules for pointing out), which is equal to the actual offset value of -0.150 V, this is a perfect under-volt spot for i7-7820HK and will massively drop its temperature up to 25 degrees Celsius.

XTU's auto-applying at startup is really unstable and it just doesn't work for most of the time, so I ended up making myself a program based on the XTU's command line tool and now I wanna share it to you guys cuz I know there're lots of people still complaining about it. (User manuals are inside the ZIP file)

I'll continue to improve the program in the future with new features and fixes, I really don't know the exact date though cuz I'm kinda busy with my college applications and stuffs these days. But for now, I just hope it helps :)

If you found any bugs or errors, or if you got some suggestions about the program, please let me know in the comment below, I appreciate it :)

Not everyone will have success at 0.150 , some will not be able to get that far as their chips won't handle it. Mine will lock up and restart if I try to drop it to those levels. Every laptop will be slightly different and they will have to find the sweet spot for their chips.

Yeah, -0.150 V should work for 7820HK, if it doesn't work on your PC then I guess the reason why is because of the slight difference between silicons, that make sense :)
I'll probably add a CPU stress test into the program, that should be a handy feature when it comes to testing between different state of CPUs from different PCs

Yes, I saw that post as well, I was actually inspired by that post :)
Of course, it's always nice to have a more advanced app there like ThrottleStop, I wouldn't compare my program with ThrottleStop though because myUndervolt is a very simple, small program and it's completely based on command line. The steps you need to do are actually not that much (ik I wrote a bunch of texts there) and it's very easy to understand imo cuz there's just 1 feature available for right now.

Fair point. Still a pretty neat solution overall.
