    I'd really like an update. I decided to track the shipment to see what's going on.

    Fortunately I know you guys have it now. UNfortunately, nobody seems to pick up the phone. Please tell me the status of my computer.

    No this has not been resolved. @mythlogic has not logged in since January 9th, has not responded on facebook (although he has seen it), and has my laptop. I'm going to give it one more week and then send in a Demand letter stating that they either need to repair my computer or send me back my broken computer plus the cost the remaining years of the warranty that they aren't honoring. I don't want to take this to small claims court, but if that's what it takes to get my machine back and in working order, I will.
