My notebook has a battery problem, please help me

    You don't need to remove the CPU/GPU heatsinks, however you need to remove the gigantic plastic shroud that is blocking everything.
    There was a video posted some time back (a few months ago) in the Gt72VR or GT62VR thread by pedro69, some chinese video, which showed the black shroud being removed. I don't have the link handy. You'll have to find it yourself.

    This one? Looks like they took the battery out partway through then partly reassembled it and started again...

    Yeah that's the one. Around 2:15 they take apart the screws and attachments required for removing that huge shroud.

    Thank god the Titan laptops don't have that....

    Thanks.As a result of my long experience with the method I told you, I completely discharged the battery. I recharge it. I will report developments

    I really wish everyone would just go back to the "everything is accessible without taking out the mobo" model, though I'm sure that's wishful thinking.

    MSI should produce better quality batteries.

    How long have you had it? Is it still within the first 30 day of purchase?
