    My experience so far @XoticPC

    Phase 0 = 07/21/16
    Phase 1 = 07/28/16
    Phase 2 = 08/01/16
    Phase 4 = 08/02/16
    Phase 5 = 08/08/16
    my phase 5 failed what I mean is " failed at stress test, phase 5 was sitting for like 8 days, I am very impatient because I havent received any emails from them on whats going on with my order so I had to call them. So this guy Barry H answered my call and told me that The Laptop that I ordered failed at the stress test. Ok so what he did is he gave me an option if I should just refund the money OR make another order so He recommend me the SAGER NP8172 (CLEVO P670RPG) so Yeah I ordered this one (08/18/2016) and he put this one on " rush " Because? Well I dont know maybe its a complementary bcoz of the laptop was failed at stress test? at 8/22/2016 I called their office to add GSYNC on my display its optional so I paid $50.00 thru my CC.. It was quick and easy.. I even asked them when can I receive it? The agent gave me an ETA of worse scenario he said might be 1st week of September or by the End of September wow that was "rush"..Now its 08/23/2016 Im still sitting at Phase 0 I did not expect to wait longer than I expected.

    Overall the customer service is Good because they answer your call real quick.
    But Im just a human who wants to see the laptop that I purchased ASAP.

    I will update you guys if I receive an e-mail for another Phase :)
