Yes, mine is running always. It's ok.
Mine, also, had a deffect, so it was running very loud. (replaced it at Service Center)

Any idea if there is a way to plug 4 gb memory in u210?
And is there any difference in performance between PC6400 and PC8500? (this concerns mainly 2gb plates:))

Yes, 1 slot, and, according to the manual, 2gb ram maximum. But i haven't seen any experiment with 4gb, so it's still possible

Could anyone wright a short manual on overlocking U210?
Or may be it is enough to copy Elanzer's settings for RMclock and and setFSB (post #55) and add them to "startup" folder?

    http://winhlp.com/rmclock.htm

go to this address for a tutorial on how to use rmclock. After you go thru this Elanzer's settings will make sense.

Wow, so happy to find this thread. I have a U220 (apparently the same thing but with Win7). This thread has so many answers!!!

So it looks like it is still up in the air about 4GB RAM, if I try, I will post back. What about "ReadyBoost", we could stick a 4GB SD card and use the Windows ReadyBoost feature right? Would it help?

That HD Decoder card....will that help with, say, YouTube HD videos? What about Hulu? Both of my stutter.

Has anyone else attempted OSX86 installation? I have read the X1250 ATI is completely incompatible so therefore impossible.

Anyone else have a little light spill on the lower left of their screen?
