Makes the CPU report less power draw or more power draw than its using (negative or positive offset). Useless for us. Only useful for fully locked HQ processors or processors locked to cancer TDP or a restricted power limit like @Vistar Shook 's cancer 60W power limit on his 7820hk. Won't work if the Power limit is being enforced because of total system power limit being bypassed (like 230W) because EC will still see the total power draw and will cap the CPU to a bizarre power to bring it back to 45W TDP even though its reported wrong (like it may say 33W TDP throttle instead of 45W). All depends on the mighty EC and how locked down it is.
