    Welcome to the forums!

These are new machines so you will have to wait a bit more before we have a ton of content. Luckily, the GE75 is one of the more popular, readily available machines, so we already have owners around. Same with GS65.

Don't worry about throttling, the cooling is more than capable, and repasting is not an issue for GE75. With a good repaste and undervolting, you will have a powerful non throttling machine even if it came with a bad paste job from factory :)

Thank you! I think I’m going to ask the store(the one i buy the ge75 from) if they could repaste it for me or not. Paying extra money is not a problem.

Don't worry, and if for some reason they don't want to, you can do it yourself with the help of the community here. There are videos as well disassembling the units so you can get an idea what you would be dealing with.

This is after about a half hour of PUBG at 1440P on the GE63 8SG.

    -130mv cpu
    gpu curve 1930@900mv
Unlocked bios to allow higher cpu tdp. The cpu is under reporting the actual wattage.

Theres obviously a 150 watt tdp for the 2080. Maybe its higher on the GT series. This is my first night so ill work on the curve and see how high i can get while trying to stay under 150.

Its stock system without gaming center installed or silent fan. The fans ramped up on their own. Im not sure what rpm they reached.

i have GE75 8SG, i did undervolt cpu to -140mv but i havent done anything else.
the cpu temp goes all they way up to 98c, seeing everyone else with lower temp. i wonder if it is a bad paste from factory or something else wrong. didnt look like there was much of a difference with the undervolt in regards to temp.

i have bought thermal grizzly kryonaut that i was planning to apply to cpu/gpu, but now i am wondering if maybe i should return it before i do that incase there is something else wrong with it.

Most people that have posted have had a liquid metal repaste I believe. 98 is pretty crazy though. I would do the repaste then go from there.
