Hi, first of all, thanks for reading me.
I can get this laptops with some discount for 1569euros vs 1709 euros

I know that the i8750 is much better than the i7700hq , but is it worth it the extra cost? 140 euros is not a small amount if I will not fill any difference if most games are gpu capped.

Will at least the cpu stay cooler and therefore last longer? Cant find any good review of the 8RF version to check if the cooling system is better.

My usage: CAD design and heavy games (total war warhammer 2, witcher 3, dark souls 3, black desert, wow)

The BIG difference is in multi-thread tasks. Using only one is almost the same.
If your CAD software work with multi thread (probably yes) you can get a boost performance with 8th generation.

Clock speeds don't mean much nowadays because architecture makes all the difference. While 7700HQ should provide you with sufficient performance but the newer the better.
If 140 euros can impact your financial situation (exceeding budget expectation) then just go with 7700HQ.
