MSI 3 Month Warranty Extension

    MSI offered me a three month warranty extension for filling out a survey when I registered my GP73. However, when I clicked on the submit button, it wouldn't do anything. So I was advised to try again on a different browser, however I got busy at work so I couldn't do it right then. Now I can't find the survey anymore. Is there a link floating out there, or did I lose my chance?

    I would love to know this also. I'm waiting for my GT73VR to be shipped, so this got my attention. I will help look around the web.....

    I'm still looking. May give MSI a call Monday morning if I can't find it over the weekend. I really hope it's not a one time offer that I missed out on because Chrome wasn't liking the MSI survey website.

    Ok. Got my Titan last night and did the registration. The survey popped up and I copied the URL address before getting started. I haven't been able to find it anywhere else yet. Now after the survey I tried pasting the address into a new window and it didn't work. They have it tied to a new registration and once you log in and finish the registration, there's no way to make it come up again. I would suggest contacting web support for MSI and see if they can reset either your registration or the survey from their end. Sorry. The 3 month warranty extension did activate for me, so maybe they just need to know you missed it.

    Thanks for the info! I've been so busy at work that I haven't been able to keep working on this project. I will call MSI and let them know that I was having problems.
