    @Coolane

The vbios will 100% sure flashed on the chip but nothing actually changed woth my tdp... i don't know what i should do..please help me..

Edit: i'm now trying to lower the tdp values under my stock tdp to look whether it has some effects.

Edit 2: even the changes under my stock tdp values has no effekt to the gpu power.

How can we edit the vbios if we don't know where to get it?
    Where is it? Post it?

I dont know what's wrong with your Bios mod, but your checksum is wrong.
Did you use the "preset" button first? If you don't, then the power limits won't be increased.
The checksum should say 01531800 (22222848)
At least it does on mine.
I have no idea where you got your checksum from.
    But try this.

@Falkentyne thank you for your help! Is this my aw 13 dump vbios in modded version? no didn´t used the present button first and the uploaded vbios is the dump from my little beast..

Actually if i opened the dump in the mini pro software before flashing, the checksum you´ve mentioned is shown there...

i´ll give it a try tomorrow and will post the results :)

Can you open GPUZ, click on the "Advanced" tab, and select "NVIDIA BIOS" in the drop down list?
You can see if the Default and Maximum TDP values under "Power Limit" matched with what you set in the BIOS.
Maybe the vBIOS wasn't successfully flashed to the chip-set.

I uploaded the pictures here cause they were to big.
But unfortunately there was no power limit under the tab..
Yesterday i thought the same of that the vbios maybe not flashed right but then i changed one value in the date of the vbios, flashed it, read it again and the value i changed was soccesfully read... currently i'm running the stock vbios again..

    Wait a minute
you changed a value in the DATE of the vbios?!?!
You did this with Hex editor?

Did you correct the checksum afterwards?
