Well, all you can do is tweak your vBIOS like you've been doing (I can't comment on that as I have no direct experience), and also overclock to your max stable frequencies on both core & VRAM (which you're already doing), plus making sure your GPU is running as cold as possible (I think you said you're water-cooled so you have that already under control) - so you're already doing everything you can I think. EDIT: I get 21100 score in the graphics score on Firestrike with a desktop GTX 1070, and you've got more cuda cores in your laptop version so you should be able to match mine as long as the GPU is stable & you're not power throttling. My GPU core runs at 2050Mhz during testing, and the VRAM is at 2285Mhz according to GPUz (292.5 GB/s bandwidth). In order to match my score, you won't need to run quite as high core Mhz because you have more cuda cores, but if you have lower VRAM Mhz then you might need to run a higher core Mhz to make up for the decreased bandwidth - either way you can only tweak your card as high as it wants to go, and then it won't go any higher, silicon lottery.

i have only 20000 graphical score of firestrike 1.1 at most while the temperature is under 50 c (liquid-cooling).i am sad.

VRM's are extremely important for GPU's
Sadly notebook VRM's are trash compared to desktop cards. You won't ever get to desktop level when we talk about overclocking.

As Danishblunt said, I'm using a desktop card so the limitations aren't always the same. My GPU has a max allowable power of 265W, but it never uses that much, the most it uses in Firestrike is a hair over 200W, but that's only for brief moments, but in Graphics Test 1 of Firestrike Extreme it will use 198W on average if I let it loop that Graphics Test - this is at a clockspeed of 2050Mhz and a voltage of 1.05V. Those voltages & Mhz and Watts might give you an idea of where you are with your card, but there are differences in power delivery components that mean you might not be able to replicate the same settings. You have water cooling, so your cooling sounds like it's not the limitation. You might be limited in the quality of the power delivery & the quality of the silicon (the well known silicon lottery when it comes to overclocking). You probably also have lower clocked VRAM (I mentioned what I'm running at in my previous post), so you probably have a lower VRAM bandwidth, which doesn't help your score.

Yes, you can see VRAM bandwidth in GPUz on the 'front page'.
