I don't think changing from 19200 to 16200 will change anything (except make the video card throttle more when on battery power, but this depends on your vbios itself) but please let me know. SPI flashing repeatedly is too much for me because the vbios chip is underneath the MXM card, which means i have to repaste with liquid metal every time too.

haha, you must have a Integrated module,my heatsink is single , so i only need take down the heatsink and card togather.
but i need remove my liquid-cooling,which link pape full of water.
i don't know the 19200 is whether safe to the card for long time,so i want take it to default.do you have any advice?

Based on what you've shown there I'd probably run it at your 170W +150 +500. It's always a good idea to run a max overclock in terms of increasing the Mhz sliders because it makes the card run more efficiently - you're using a higher frequency at a lower voltage, so you're getting more bang for your Watt! That 170W +150 +500 seems to be the most efficient setting, and won't put as much stress on your card as the other higher 185W & 200W versions.

Well, all you can do is tweak your vBIOS like you've been doing (I can't comment on that as I have no direct experience), and also overclock to your max stable frequencies on both core & VRAM (which you're already doing), plus making sure your GPU is running as cold as possible (I think you said you're water-cooled so you have that already under control) - so you're already doing everything you can I think. EDIT: I get 21100 score in the graphics score on Firestrike with a desktop GTX 1070, and you've got more cuda cores in your laptop version so you should be able to match mine as long as the GPU is stable & you're not power throttling. My GPU core runs at 2050Mhz during testing, and the VRAM is at 2285Mhz according to GPUz (292.5 GB/s bandwidth). In order to match my score, you won't need to run quite as high core Mhz because you have more cuda cores, but if you have lower VRAM Mhz then you might need to run a higher core Mhz to make up for the decreased bandwidth - either way you can only tweak your card as high as it wants to go, and then it won't go any higher, silicon lottery.

i have only 20000 graphical score of firestrike 1.1 at most while the temperature is under 50 c (liquid-cooling).i am sad.

VRM's are extremely important for GPU's
Sadly notebook VRM's are trash compared to desktop cards. You won't ever get to desktop level when we talk about overclocking.
