I'm using the Natural 4000 currently. I had initially bought a Sculpt keyboard + mouse set, but returned it after a week or two. The reason being that the mouse would lose the wireless connection many times per day. And as I'd bought it as a set (for more than the price of the keyboard), it didn't make sense to keep it with only the keyboard being reliable.

So if you buy it, I'd recommend buying it at your local store in case you have wireless connectivity issues, for easier returns. I've been able to use some other wireless devices, such as a Gigabyte mouse, without issue, and the issues I ran into occurred at work as well as home, so I believe the mouse itself had the issue.

Aside from wireless connectivity issues, it's a matter of personal preference versus the Natural 4000. I personally prefer the greater key travel of the 4000. However, there's a decent case to be made that by omitting the NumPad as the Sculpt does, the mouse, being closer, will be at a more ergonomically comfortable position.

I love the OG 4000 model's ergonomics but the keys are so sloppy and mushy it's really disappointing. Also, why have no other keyboard manufacturers taken note of how awesome adding risers to the FRONT (spacebar edge) of keyboards is so much better than rear (function keys edge) risers??! Seriously, rear risers make no sense at all and front makes all the sense yet there is literally only one ****** keyboard that made this connection.

I finally got Ms Sculpt set (Keyboard+Keypad)

It's better than my earlier 4000. 4000 was too big. This one is much smaller and looks very cool !!!!

For ergonomic I've been using the Kinesis Freestyle for years. Love it. Added the Edge with Cherry MX Browns as well. Have 3 of them. When you game you can move the right side all the way over and just keep the left side and mouse in front of you.
