I just purchased a Seagate Momentus hard drive for my 15" MBP. Is there an easy way to copy / clone my current hard drive onto the new drive including my boot camp partition. I have a drive enclosure so i can connect it through the USB ports. I want to be able to copy it and just swap it into the MBP if possible.

    Easy?

It doesn't get much easier than this.. Superduper!
It came with my Apricorn SATA to USB adapter/connector. Works great. The adapter and software was $39.00

    SuperDuper!

It looks like Super Duper will be used to make the swap! Thanks for the replies.

Superduper is free, the registered version is just a bit beefier, offering different backup options.

Carbon Copy Cloner is a totally free alternative.

Doesn't Time Machine kind of let you do the same thing too?

Time Machine is a data backup program only, it does not clone or create a bootable backup. You can do a final backup, insert the new drive into the MBP, boot from CD and then do a Time Machine restore but the last step is quite slow compared to just doing a direct drive clone using an external box and then swapping the drives when done.

That said, I've also found both SuperDuper and CCC both much easier to use in creating clones than I ever had with Ghost or TrueImage on MS.

But can't you just reinstall the OS and software and then restore from Time Machine (which I guess is some extra steps)
