This is a kinda weird question, but still. I'm interested in an old MacBook Pro with ATI X1600 for old gaming purposes. Case old ATI (compared to NVIDIA of the same period) supported old games much better. ATI X1*** is the last generation that did this, after the launch of HD series it became less compatible, like NVIDIA.

But if I want to play games and not ruin this machine I need to be sure that it works cool. I do have another laptop with X1800 and it's half-dead because of overheat and there is no thermal sensor. I wonder MacBook Pro has it on its X1600.

    Thx!
