As far as dongles, it's pricey but the Juiced Systems BizHUB is probably the best one you can get. It has USB, SDCard, Gigabit Ethernet, HDMI (1.4 so up to 4K/30Hz), and USB-C power pass-through.

    Hello for everyone,
ASAP, I've two BIG problems with iMovie on my Macbook Pro 15 2015:

    1. I used iMovie and uploaded many videos to YouTube. But now is written :
"The Library iMovie Library is damaged. The item '... Trash could not be read. You may close the library and attempt to repair it, or continue working".
What exactly I need to do?

    2. If I want to export a video from iMovie to File is written:
"It you click Continue, your project will be exported without these clips".

How can I fix this problems please?

    Thank you for your answer.

Apple changed their AppleCare policy recently to now add two accidental damage to their policy in June 2017.

If you purchased AppleCare plus for your new MacBook, you MAY be covered for drop damage. If it is screen damage, it is 99 or 299 for more extensive damage.

Your best bet it is to Schedule an appointment with your closest Apple store for a free evaluation of your laptop and see what they say.
