LOL, ejohson's 1/5 the cost punched me in the mouth. But I wouldn't trade my m18x for any other.

LOL, with 1/5 of the performance, too. You get what you pay for.

The most important thing is to get what you want and need. That's all that really matters at the end of the day.

    Your right Mr Fox. :)

I too really never experience this problem while gaming and was aware of it b4 purchase.

I got my m11x while I was still in a apartment, didnt have a desk.

Besides, I only play battlefield2... im pretty sure most new calculators can play bf2 :)

Also, Mrfox, how you like your mini 9? I got one long ago, love the little bugger still!

I do like the mini 9... at lot, as a matter of fact. I struggle with the small keyboard, but that little bugger is pretty cool. It feels amazingly peppy for how little power it has. I'm thinking of buying a larger m-SATA drive and 2GB of RAM for it, but don't use it enough to justify the expense. I has gotten me through in a few jams when my Alien beast wasn't the best option for the situation. The Inspiron M5030 is also a real gem. It's a very decent machine that I purchased new at Best Buy for $300 and it was worth every penny.

I hate to be a task-master but we're are getting way off topic now, as much as I like talking about this sort of thing.

I don't have anything more to say about the ghosting issue, but I'll leave this thread open a bit in case anyone has something to add on the subject.

So, for the earliest posters in this thread, are you guys using an external keyboard to play your MMORPG games since ghosting is an impediment?

I will revisit this topic this summer.

(If you're a very astute observer and connect dots and read between the lines, you might just figure something out from that innocuous little statement and some of my others around the boards. Have fun with it. ;) )

Being hit in the face by this issue :< Tribes vengeance requires me to press 4 keys minimal during fights! (Maybe more tbh).

Shame there is a limit like this, guessing its a hardware issue?

Yes it is a hardware issue.

I picked myself up a Logitech G13. Each key has it's own switch, so there's zero ghosting (all keys can be depressed at once and they will all register!).

Besides, resting my palms on my M18x hurts like hell...
