Is the option to turn USB Boot off in there? :D That is causing some problems! And also, can a BIOS go bad at some point after the flash? Or is a good flash a good BIOS for good?

Yes see screen. No the bios cant go bad after a good flash. Set everything back to default setting in bios.

Please explain what problem your actually having. (did u flash or are u using something normal standard)

This unlocked DELL A03 bios is just that unlocked meaning nothing was touched from the original DELL A03 just UNLOCKED.

    WORKING 100%

No my PC is fine. It's just that the BIOs attempts to boot from USBs or queries them and so it hangs, which is why I asked if the ability was in that BIOS to turn USB Boot off. Thank you for clearing that up though my friend I will flash this ^_^
