That looks like a cheap DELL/HP X-Bracket, the ones they use without the protection for the RAM underside.

We have various sizes , all because the components underside the GPU are of course sensitive and you have to make sure the X-bracket doesn't put pressure on them or the bracket will be uneven and maybe cause GPU failure in the end too.

Clevo ones are usually more universal and shinier and stronger and made of better material, not that it really matters. The screws need to come with the bracket or they might not match, it is common to have to switch out the screws in the heatsink to use the ones that match the GPU's X-bracket.

The second one is no good for you, that's the cheap ones for DELL/HP.
The first one is your best bet, if that doesn't help and your unsure, me and some Clevo partners have them , NEW, but they cost a bit more.
Just make sure to ask the seller if it fits and if it comes with screws.
