I'm just curious If it would be possible to use SG video mode instead of PEG With the 120hz EDP display. I do have a unlocked bios and can change this but I'm afraid it'll brick my laptop. I know That the the 120hz uses the DGPU for video output and not the IGPU so I'm almost certain I'll get 8 beeps.

No, the Intel HD can't handle that bandwidth.

There's no rational portion to your worries.

Alright makes sense. For the 60hz display, I could do the SG Mode from what i gathered

Yes 60Hz can do SG with any GPU and PEG with 9 series and lower.

120Hz can run basically any gpu that fits and within power/thermal constraints.

    M18x-oldie and Crustieraxe01 like this.

That is factually incorrect, it can handle 1080P at up to 240Hz (DP 1.2) but the eDP port is not wired to the iGPU, only the MXM slot.
