    Full stop
You will not find a gaming laptop of whatever sort that is silent.
It ain't happenin' not today, not tomorrow.
They all have fans, they all get hot, fans make noise when they spool up to cool.

Sounds like you need a desktop. However it would need some liquid cooling to still keep it quieter.

Hard to come by if you're in the laptop world and playing a game with that kind of horsepower. Aircraft is subjective though for sound.... If your wife doesn't like the fan noise you either have to move into another room or not game when she's home.

The heat these things generate when gaming need to have the fans at 100% or you get gimped in the game for FPS and movements. I can have my server hitting 85% CPU while transcoding video and fans kick on every few seconds to cool it back down and still hear clear audio with it within 5 feet of me. The difference is I have 10 x 120mm fans and more volume to draw air through the system vs the 15" laptop that's squeezed together like a panini w/ 2 fans.

Laptop fans can be replaced but, the confined space / airflow will cause them to make noise. The only other way to get away from the noise would be conduction from the chassis itself to the CPU/GPU to dissipate heat. I don't think my fans are all that loud though compared to some others but, than again I'm not running a RTX2 or 3 series GPU either. My wimpy GTX1650 hits maybe 65-70C when under full load. Which brings to mind maybe you need better thermal paste to conduct heat to the heat sink and thus reduce the fans workload to purge the air.

FYI, I have a Sager as well and got quite familiar with it from the upgrades I've done. It's a balancing act through to get performance and not roast yourself with the thermals.

You may be able to make the P775TM1 quieter just by setting PL1/PL2 to 65W or so.
