I was just wondering if anyone here is into hobby electronics here.

My partner does Arduino stuff. I have gotten more into hardware hacking and fabricating stuff. I just transplanted a TV board from one TV to another which required some looking at schematics and stuff, mainly to turn on the PSU and backlight on the new panel and rewire the LVDS cable. My other project is a SAD/photography light, I have the electronics for a few ceramic metal halide lights (extremely good color spectrum) also going to be replacing the LCD in my 90s Alesis qs-8 keyboard which needs the video pinout rewired, and thinking about trying to integrate a touchscreen interface into the whole thing.

Anyone have projects and stuff they wanna share?

I'm building a spaceship to travel to mars and plan to do so in the next decade...wait my own projects...none. I used to fiddle with electronics when i was younger

I also want to space travel...but further than mars...thinking more like star trek in a millenium falcon.

I have a nice collection of tools for electronics...but sourcing junk parts (for practice and spares) in Japan is surprisingly hard!
