On T420 core i5 vpro (XP professional) i've problem with the wifi connection
It happens that sometime it cannot connect on internet by wifi, but my tablet or mobile phone can connnect

Other times i can connect without any problems, others i can connect to some sites and not to others (ex. i can connect to msn but not to hotmail) while my tablet doesn't find any problem

I check the wireless set on my router (sitecom150N)and is set to auto- and i download the last wireless driver from Lenovo site but nothing it's changed

No problems by LAN:it works very well everytime

    somebody can hel me ,thanks

First go into Device Manager (Click Start, type Device Manager into the search bar)
Then find your WiFi adapter (Maybe Intel Centrino Advanced-N6205)
Right click, Properties, Power Management tab, and uncheck Allow the computer to turn off the device to save power.

Then go a couple of days and see if the problem persists.

Can you try changing the channel on the router? I've known similar connectivity problems where the computer is receiving signals from two routers on the same channel.

Did we establish what brand of WiFi card? I always specific Intel if I have a choice because, historically, there have been fewer compatibility problems.

If you are getting your problems only with one router then you should also check if there is a router firmware update.
