Anyone have thoughts on the new Latitude lineup from a corporate perspective? We've been buying the 7390 as our standard, but now I struggle to see what the new 7300 offers that warrants the whopping ~$400 street price difference as compared to the new 5300.

    Differences I've found while testing:
    • Our 7300 has a Samsung (Class 40) SSD as compared to a Hynix (Class 35) in the 5300
    • Thicker bezels on the 5300
    • Ethernet port gone on the 7300, the 5300 still has it
    • 7300 is (surprisingly) slightly heavier
    • 7300 has an aluminum chassis option
    • 7300 has the new "Express Connect" feature and the Privacy Screen option

The 7390 is effectively being refreshed and bumped down to the "5000" series, and the 7000's will be higher end to compete with HP's Elitebook line (thin, aluminum etc..).

We were buying 7390 2-in-1's and got our first 5300's (2-in-1), I think they are a slight upgrade over the 7390's.
