I have a Dell Inspiron 15 5567, my screen is LP156WHU-TPA1. Will these screens work as a replacement: LP156WF6-SPB5 and . It uses a lot more power.
    Comparison: http://www.panelook.com/modelcompare.php?ids=20504,27138,27147,24407

Also if i want to choose a different model as a replacement what specific specifications need to be the same for it to work other than 30pin edp in the rear bottom right?

The EDP cable code is: CN-0CKGJ6-00901, dell part number: DC02002I800

can i replace the cable with a 2 lane cable, if so which cable do i need?

UPDATE1: i'm pretty sure the EDP 1.2 cable (CKGJ6 / DC02002I800 / CN-0CKGJ6-00901) is a 2-lane cable as other variants of the Inspiron 5567 that have 1080p screens share this cable.

If the cable is indeed a 2-lane cable will this screen work?

UPDATE2: I have now installed a 1080p panel, it works perfectly, i didn't have to change the edp cable.

Here is the video tutorial that i used to replace the screen for my Dell Inspiron 15 5567:

Yes, if that cable is indeed 2-lane then any of those three will work.

Power is not much of an issue; the 5567's with a 1080p would also consume this much and these will share the same motherboard. And even there weren't any 1080p variants it'd still be ok, considering the low power requirements of modern led panels; ~5W is equivalent to a single usb port.
