It's more important the CPU or the Graphic Card or both?
I'm choosing between these Clevo / Tongfang barebones that sell a reseller near me
    1) CLEVO - N850EJ1 i7-8750H DDR4 2xHDD (M.2+Sata7mm) GTX 1050 4GB 15.6" FullHD IPS (the cheapest one)
    2)TONGFANG - GK5CN6Z i7 8750H DDR4 1xHDD Sata + 2 M.2 GTX 1060 6GB 15.6" FullHD 144Hz
    3) CLEVO - PA71EP6-G i7-8750H DDR4 1xHDD Sata + M.2 GTX 1060 6GB 17.3" FullHD 144Hz G-Sync
    4) CLEVO - P950ER

I think this is a good comparison between the 4 of them: Clevo N850EJ1 vs Tsinghua Tongfang GK5CN6Z vs Clevo PA71EP6-G vs Clevo P955EP6

For video editing you need a good processor first and foremost, the video card is secondary.
The N850EJ has poor cooling and will throttle so I will leave that one out. The P950ER also has poor cooling and will not fair well for video editing in my opinion.
This leaves you only with the TongFang and the Clevo PA71.
The barebone price difference between the Tongfang and the Clevo is rather small and given Clevo's positive track record in making gaming laptops, I would advise going for the Clevo PA71. Clevo also has better specifications than the Tongfang.

Generally, people recommend the Tongfang because in the United States it sells for an incredibly low price and it's not a bad laptop, but I would say the Clevo is better for long-term use because they have a better experience in making laptops by comparison with Tongfang.

    go for n950kp6/n957kp6:
    https://www.ebay.com/itm/CUK-N950VR...1da9b11d7:m:m_UnBOILPVcKHPMKIFzWyeQ:rk:2:pf:0
    https://www.amazon.com/N950VR-i7-8700-i9-8950HK-Notebook-Computer/dp/B079N9ZHKJ/

and t there is also this new released "CLEVO N960TD/N960TF Rtx1060" which is the successor of N950tp6/N957tp6 with desktop cpu up to 8700(65W) but chinese have used 9600K/9700K in it too although 95W,but as they are not hyper-threading,the temps&performance is much more better maintained. and it's price start below 1500$ as well: https://www.one.de/detail/index/sArticle/7523 this is much more powerful laptop compared to those with 8750H and the card there is usually OC from vendors(or clevo itself, not sure).although it's 16.1"
you can later upgrade the cpu to 9700 in 2019(if released) by bios update flash, although some are selling it already by 9600K/9700K (delided+Undervolt+repasted) with no problem;which you can do it yourself as well.
