    1) What is your budget?
    1500$ - can go higher if its worth it

    2) What size notebook would you prefer?
    e. Desktop Replacement; 17"+ screen
    3) Which country will you buying this notebook?
    Germany

    4) Are there any brands that you prefer or any you really don't like?

    5) Would you consider laptops that are refurbished/redistributed?
    If its a cosmetic error and is otherwise fine, yes

    6) What are the primary tasks will you be performing with this notebook?
    I will mainly be watching TV Shows and Movies on it. I would also like to play Rocket League and Emulators.

    7) Will you be taking the notebook with you to different places, leaving it on your desk or both?
    Will be used in 2-3 places at home per day

    8) Will you be playing games on your notebook? (If so, please state which games or types of games?)
    Rocket League on low - very low with 200+fps
    Emulators from SNES to Wii and 3DS


    9) How many hours of battery life do you need?
    Its not important as i can charge it everywhere

    10) Would you prefer to see the notebooks you're considering before purchasing it or buying a notebook on-line without seeing it is OK?
    My local stores have very limited selection so i will be buying it online

    11) What OS do you prefer? Windows, Mac OS, Linux, Chrome OS, etc.

    Here is where i have problems in deciding what to buy. I have almost no knowledge regarding displays so i really need some help here.

    The Laptop will mainly be used for watching shows and movies so the screen is the most important part. I want the best looking display i can get for my money.


    Also i would prefer getting a 144hz screen for Rocket League. But i dont know if i thats possible if i want the best Display Quality i can get.

    People have been suggesting me to get the HP Envy 17. Will this one have a better screen than gaming laptops?

    I would prefer if its completely black

    15) How much hard drive space do you need?
    2 TB and an SSD maybe, i can also buy external HDDs if that works

    17) How long do you expect to use this laptop?
    At least 2 years

    18) How long could you afford to do without your laptop if it were to fail?
    Very long

    19) Would you be willing to pay significantly extra for on-site warranty, or would it be acceptable to you to have to ship the laptop to the vendor for repair with perhaps a week or more outage?
    That has to do with the initial price of the laptop
