    There are words to describe this but oddly enough all are covered by the word-filter. :rolleyes:

    So welcome to "why my Android device/Windows 7/Windows 8.1 isn't getting any fix for this". :eek:

    My Chinese Android phone will never get a fix for this - that's a guaranteed certainty. Luckily, OpenVPN works quite well, easily and it's already set up on my phone - will just remember to enable to enable it if I'm doing anything by WiFi beyond updating apps etc...

    Microsoft patched it in Win10 last week. Use cellular data on Android until a patch is available (buy a Pixel). Your router is probably not affected in AP mode.

    Welp. This only affects.. every wifi capable device and router in existence for the last 15 years or so.

    What if you use dd wrt firmware on you're router...I'm guessing they will releasing a slew of new firmware to cover this exploit? Or maybe not?
